Creator & Talent Manager Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all creators and talent managers (hereafter referred to collectively as "Participants") who engage with the CreatorOS platform. Our goal is to foster a professional, respectful, and collaborative environment that enables fruitful partnerships between brands and social media creators. By participating in the CreatorOS platform, Participants agree to abide by this Code of Conduct, which ensures the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect.


General Professionalism

  • Respect and Courtesy – Participants must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times, irrespective of the nature of the interaction. This includes communications via messages, emails, video calls, or any other correspondence.
  • Integrity and Honesty – Be honest and transparent in all dealings. Misrepresentation of capabilities, audiences, or intentions is strictly prohibited.

Collaboration and Responsiveness

  • Prompt Communication – Respond to communications from brands or partners in a timely manner, ideally within 48 hours, to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborative Spirit – Engage in negotiations and discussions with an open mind and a willingness to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Feedback and Revisions – Provide constructive feedback and be receptive to it. Agree on a reasonable number of revisions for content and work collaboratively towards achieving the best outcome.

Quality and Commitment

  • Content Excellence – Commit to creating content that meets or exceeds the agreed-upon standards and specifications set forth in the contractual agreement.
  • Reliability – Follow through on commitments, including content delivery, promotional activities, and any other agreed-upon deliverables.

Adherence to Deadlines and Agreements

  • Timeliness – Stick to agreed deadlines for content creation, submission, and any other deliverables. Inform partners as soon as possible about any delays.
  • Contractual Obligations – Honor all terms and conditions of agreements made on the platform. This includes compensation, content usage rights, confidentiality, and any other contractual elements.

Ethical Considerations and Compliance

  • Legal Compliance – Ensure all content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including copyright, trademark, and advertising standards.
  • Transparency – Clearly disclose partnerships and sponsored content in compliance with regulatory guidelines and platform requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution – Address disputes through the designated channels on CreatorOS in a constructive and timely manner. Seek to resolve conflicts amicably and professionally.

Continuous Improvement

  • Professional Development – Strive for continuous improvement in content creation, audience engagement, and partnership outcomes. Be open to learning from experiences and feedback.
  • Platform Feedback – Provide constructive feedback to CreatorOS to help improve the platform and community experience.

Enforcement and Accountability

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to warnings, suspension of account privileges, or termination of the account. CreatorOS reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure the integrity and safety of the platform for all users.


This Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that CreatorOS remains a trusted, efficient, and vibrant marketplace for brands and creators to collaborate and produce valuable content. We believe that adherence to these principles will benefit all Participants and contribute to their success on the platform.
